Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Support kitchen operations during busy service hours, ensuring timely meal preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and excellent food service Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, delivering high-quality meals Requirements Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, preferably with fine dining experience Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
