Line Cook Terlingua Ranch Lodge & Bad Rabbit Café Terlingua, Texas | Big Bend Region Looking for a kitchen job with a view? Terlingua Ranch Lodge and the Bad Rabbit Café are located in the high desert of Far West Texas, about 45 minutes from Big Bend National Park. We're looking for a dependable Line Cook who can handle a busy service, stay organized, and take pride in serving consistently great food. What You'll Do Prepare and plate menu items with consistency and attention to detail Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for service Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support your teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable living and working in a remote community The Work Environment This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, working with a small team to serve guests from around the world who come to experience the Big Bend region. Why Work Here?
