Duties Assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences while maintaining nutritional standards Prepare and cook meals with precision, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure high-quality presentation and taste Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and safety regulations Support food service operations by serving meals efficiently and courteously to residents or customers Contribute to food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various dishes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health standards Participate in catering events or special meal services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality food Requirements Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or similar settings Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with food handling, meal preparation, and serving in restaurant or catering environments Knowledge of kitchen operations including knife skills, food industry standards, and culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and assisting residents or guests Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant settings is highly desirable Join us as a and bring your culinary expertise to life!
