Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to food safety standards Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all dishes served Assist with menu planning and daily specials in collaboration with the culinary team Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards are met Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with exposure to fine dining environments Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience in catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, food industry standards, and kitchen operations Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Join us if you're passionate about culinary excellence, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make a positive impact through your cooking skills.
