Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of service, and leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in food service management, and the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate nightly operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train, mentor, and develop staff in kitchen management, food handling, and customer service best practices. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock of food and supplies for nightly operations. Utilize POS system for order processing and sales tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the daytime management team to relay important information regarding staff performance and operational needs. Experience Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry is essential. Strong background in team management with demonstrated ability to train staff effectively. Familiarity with kitchen management practices and food handling regulations is required. Experience with DINE POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Previous experience in catering services is a plus.
