Line Cooks at Brian Head Resort play a vital role in the guest experience by preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and working closely with the kitchen team to keep meals moving efficiently and deliciously.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and speed based on resort recipes and portion guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures. Safely operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools. Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Has or can obtain a current food handler's card. Understand basic kitchen safety, sanitation, and food prep standards. Can work nights, weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours. Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.
