Food & Beverage Love the heat of the kitchen and making great food for hungry skiers and riders? Line Cooks at Brian Head Lodge play a vital role in the guest experience by preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and working closely with the F&B team to keep meals moving efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook dinner menu items with accuracy and speed based on pre-set recipes and portion guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures. Operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools. Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment. Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens. Must have a valid Utah Food Handler's Permit (or be ready to obtain one within 14 days of your start date). Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must have reliable transportation.
