Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in fine dining or restaurant settings. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning and daily meal preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy periods Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Prior kitchen experience in the food industry is highly desirable This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a professional environment dedicated to quality service.
