Responsibilities Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Plan and coordinate meal preparation to ensure food is ready on time and served at the proper temperature. Prepare and organize ingredients for daily meal production. Cook a variety of menu items using different cooking techniques. Contribute ideas for menu specials, recipe improvements, and new meal offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment. Monitor food quality, freshness, and holding temperatures. Receive, store, and rotate inventory in accordance with food safety standards. Work closely with team members to provide an enjoyable dining experience. Assist with kitchen cleanup, dishwashing, and equipment maintenance at the end of each shift. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Cooking experience required, whether gained professionally, at home, or through other hands-on experience. Passion for cooking and preparing quality meals. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, or willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
