The ideal candidate will have a passion for upscale cuisine, excellent knife skills, experience with fine and upscale dining, and ideally French cuisine. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and food presentation to ensure high-quality meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Help train new kitchen staff or dietary aides as required. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating. Experience Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food industry standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Familiarity with French cuisine is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform various physical activities.
