We are looking for experienced cooks—not just someone looking for a job. If you understand proper prep, timing, ticket management, food quality, sanitation, and how to work clean and efficiently during a busy service, we want to meet you. We are building an elevated neighborhood grill focused on quality food, consistency, and a strong kitchen team. Our cooks play an important role in delivering that experience every shift. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred Strong line-cooking experience in a busy restaurant Comfortable working multiple stations Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Able to work clean and organized throughout service Can handle high-volume service while maintaining quality Reliable, punctual, and accountable Works well with both kitchen and front-of-house teams Takes direction well and can also work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What You'll Do Execute food consistently according to recipes and restaurant standards Complete daily prep accurately and efficiently Maintain proper station setup throughout service Cook and plate orders correctly and efficiently Communicate with the kitchen team during busy services Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation standards Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Help with opening and closing duties Minimize waste and maintain proper portion control Work as part of a professional kitchen team The Type of Cook We're Looking For We're looking for cooks who care about the food and care about the kitchen.
