Job Description
Line & Prep Cook:
Busy restaurant and wine bar in search of a part time line & prep cook - approximately 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation and execution of all menu items, kitchen cleanliness and inventory. Prior experience preparing meats, vegetables and other food items with grill, range, fryer and convection oven required. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. SafeServe certification a plus. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. About us Bottle Stop is an award-winning wine bar & restaurant located in the heart of Historic Occoquan featuring a Sommelier curated wine program that includes over 25 wines by the glass and 300 bottles. Local craft beers and an extensive cocktail list are also available to complement the menu of internationally inspired comfort food.Job Type:
