Wednesday-Sunday 8:30-4:30 Position Summary We're looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented AM Line Cook to own the morning service. This role is responsible for executing a high-quality brunch/lunch program with consistency, urgency, and pride. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, respects systems, and understands that prep and organization define service. Core Responsibilities Service Execution Execute all assigned stations during AM service with precision and consistency Maintain strong ticket times while upholding plating and quality standards Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to ensure smooth service flow Prep & Production Complete all daily prep lists efficiently and accurately Maintain proper labeling, dating, and storage of all products Support bulk prep and batch cooking to set up PM service for success Station Ownership Set up, maintain, and break down station daily Ensure pars are met and communicate shortages proactively Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times Standards & Compliance Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe knowledge preferred) Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas Adhere to recipes, portioning, and plating standards Qualifications 1+ year line cook experience (brunch or high-volume breakfast preferred) Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings and weekends Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$16
