We're a new restaurant in Bellows Falls built around great food, great drinks, interesting surroundings, and the radical idea that going out to dinner should actually be fun . Our place is a little elegant, a little strange, a little old-world, and definitely not interested in being another cookie-cutter restaurant. We're currently looking for:

PREP COOK

You're the person who makes everything else possible. Chopping, slicing, portioning, prepping, organizing—and occasionally wondering how there could possibly be another onion.

PANTRY COOK

Cold station, salads, appetizers, desserts and beautiful plates. We're looking for someone organized, quick, creative and capable of keeping their cool when the tickets start multiplying.

DISHWASHER

Possibly the most important person in the building. Seriously. We need someone dependable, hardworking and willing to keep the machine moving. No culinary degree required. A good attitude goes a very long way.

EXPERIENCED LEAD WAIT STAFF

You know how to read a table. You know when guests want conversation and when they want you to disappear. You can explain a dish without delivering a TED Talk, recommend a drink without sounding like a salesperson, and handle a busy dining room without losing your sense of humor. We're looking for people who are reliable, kind, hardworking, a little quirky, artsy and genuinely enjoy hospitality. Experience is important for some positions, but personality matters too. We can teach systems and menus. It's considerably harder to teach someone how to care. Elsewhere is meant to feel like stepping through a door into someplace unexpected—and we want a crew that helps make that happen. Come as you are.
