The Hilton Bellevu e is currently seeking a qualified Line/Prep Cook to join our busy team! The Line/Prep Cook is responsible for assisting with the production of food for our restaurant and may assist with banquet events as well.

Duties Include:

• Prepare food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders, and execute as described
• Effectively communicate with the Kitchen, Sales, Restaurant, and Banquet staff to ensure a seamless event and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years hotel cook experience
• Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and heath code rules
• The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
