Job Description Tapped Social, a new Italian American restaurant opening soon on Grand Avenue in Everett, is hiring experienced Pizza Cooks, Dough/Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Our menu will feature house-made focaccia, handcrafted pastas, pizzas, shareable plates, and Italian American classics prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We're looking for skilled, dependable cooks who are passionate about great food, take pride in their work, and want to be part of building a successful kitchen from the ground up. Positions Available Pizza Cooks Experience with pizza preparation and high-volume service is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include dough stretching, topping, baking, and maintaining consistency throughout service. Dough & Prep Cooks We're especially interested in candidates with experience in pizza dough production, bread making, or Italian kitchen preparation. Responsibilities may include preparing pizza dough, house-made focaccia, sauces, desserts, and other daily prep items. Line Cooks - Sauté, Fryer & Pantry We're seeking experienced line cooks who can manage their stations efficiently while maintaining excellent food quality. Experience preparing fresh pasta dishes, sauces, and Italian American cuisine is a plus, particularly for sauté positions. What We're Looking For Previous professional kitchen experience, preferably in an Italian restaurant, pizzeria, or high-volume restaurant. Strong food preparation, knife skills, and attention to detail. Ability to follow recipes and consistently execute high-quality dishes. Experience managing a busy kitchen station and working efficiently during peak service. Dependability, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Experience with pizza dough, bread production, or Italian cooking is highly desirable for the relevant positions. Why Join Tapped Social?
