Job Description
40 Hours/week (typically 4 10 s)Must have open availability. (The restaurant is closed on Sundays, however)$20-$24 per hour DOEWages supplemented by tip share from front of houseFree shift meal and access to events at the venue located in the same building.
Some of the duties will include,Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizesPreparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant s menuMaintaining freshness of product and rotating old product outWorking with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activityMaintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contaminationBeing aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
