This means your actual earnings can be significantly higher than your base hourly wage, making this a great opportunity to increase your income while working as part of a supportive team! ・One free meal per shift ・Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (Full time 30+hours/week) Job description; ・Know and comply consistently with our standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures. ・Resolve any food quality issues that arise. ・Ensure that the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized. ・Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment is repaired a quickly as possible. ・Ensure that the kitchen itself and all team members meet the necessary guidelines to ensure there are no injuries. ・Be familiar with and able to perform all kitchen positions. ・Assist with training new employees. We are looking for; ・High-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ・Ability to work in a diverse team ・Ability to work under stress ・Attention to detail ・Possess or be willing to obtain a Washington State food handler's card within 7 days of hire ・Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving quickly ・Must have 1+ years kitchen management experience in full service, moderate to high volume ・English required and Spanish preferred but not required
