Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Tips are also earned and not part of the pay range listed above. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including cutting, cooking methods, and plating. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen environment. Qualifications Kitchen experience Knife skills Food service
