Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience working in various kitchen settings. Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
- Ensure a high standard of food presentation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Experience
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices
