Job Description

The right candidate will be proficient in all line positions. A minimum of three years in a like high volume fine dining establishment. Currently in or leaving in good standing with current establishment. Ability to direct and take direction. Ability to read and communicate in english is essential. Bilingual speakers are encouraged. We are a production kitchen and the right candidate will have experience prepping and making exceptional dishes from scratch. In addition to being a skilled culinarian we ask that our team members remain calm and professional. This position requires being able to lift 50# pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
