Line Cook

Lucerna is seeking a passionate individual to join our team of dedicated culinary professionals. Located in Eastlake, Seattle, our restaurant concept is a cross between casual lunch offerings, and an elevated wine bar and cuisine in the evening, as well as catering services to our conference and event space in the Alexandria Life Science Campus.

Successful candidates will possess a solid foundation of cooking techniques, strong knife skills, a solid understanding of kitchen equipment, and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of transferable experience in a professional culinary setting. In addition to being a strong team collaborator the individual must be able to work effectively under pressure and is detail oriented. A Food Handlers Permit is required (or the ability to obtain one prior to start). The candidate must have morning availability, Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM.
