Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food handling regulations Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support culinary excellence Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients Use knife skills and food preparation techniques efficiently to optimize meal production Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and quality food service during busy periods Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food with precision and care Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with dietary department operations or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Culinary experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred Join us as a Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
