What you ' ll do The primary responsibilities of the cook are to prepare meals from scratch following exact recipes and specifications using a variety of cooking methods while following all food safety guidelines and procedures. Other primary responsibilities include filling customer orders to 100% through proper measurements, portion control, product labeling and staging methods. What you ' ll bring High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to effectively multi-task Must have excellent time management skills Minimum 1 year high volume catering cooking Must understand cooking measurements Must be able to accurately follow and scale recipes Must have excellent knife skills Must understand food service terminology Must have a valid WA state Food Handler's Permit. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
