Join the Earth Grown KidDoughs Team as a Dough Packager (with Training to Become a Playdough Maker!) Do you believe a little playdough can spark BIG imagination? So do we. At Earth Grown KidDoughs , we handcraft sensory play products that bring creativity, wonder, and joyful messes to children around the world. We're looking for a dough-mazing new teammate to start as a Dough Packager with the opportunity to train into one of our coveted KidDough Maker positions. We're a close-knit team of creative, hardworking people who genuinely love what we do (and yes... we tell an unreasonable number of dough puns). Every jar we make is crafted with care, and every team member plays an important role in helping our growing toy company reach the rainbow and beyond. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with your hands, have baking or kitchen experience, and want to be part of a fun, supportive team that creates products kids absolutely love, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As you grow into the Dough Maker role, you'll help bring our signature sensory doughs to life from start to finish. You'll work alongside our production team to measure, mix, cook, create, and package our handcrafted playdoughs while learning the recipes and techniques that make KidDoughs so special. Creativity is a huge part of this position! Many of our specialty doughs feature unique colors, swirls, scents, and patterns that require careful attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to help improve our production processes along the way. Daily Adventures Include Measuring dry ingredients (including wheat flour) Lifting ingredient bags (up to 50 lbs.) Operating commercial stand mixers Cooking and mixing playdough Working with color and scent formulas Packaging dough into jars Rolling dough in glitter and specialty finishes Stamping and labeling finished products Helping maintain the exceptional quality Earth Grown KidDoughs is known for What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Comfortable following recipes and precise formulas Experienced with baking, cooking, or food production (preferred) Creative and enjoys hands-on work Reliable, positive, and excited to be part of a collaborative team Able to lift up to 50 pounds Ready to learn, grow, and have fun while making magical products for kids Bonus points if you appreciate a good dough pun. (They're kind of our jam.) Schedule Full-Time (35-40 hours/week) Monday-Thursday Start between 6:00-9:00 AM and finish between 2:00-5:00 PM Future shift flexibility may be available.
