Brass Steak & Seafood is an elegant-yet-approachable new restaurant in the heart of Woodinville wine country, offering a contemporary take on the classic steakhouse with premium steaks, fresh seafood, seasonal Northwest ingredients, and thoughtful technique.
We re building a kitchen around consistency, discipline, teamwork, and respect for the people doing the work. This is an opportunity to join an opening team, learn a serious steak and seafood program, and work alongside experienced culinary leadership in a kitchen where standards matter.
What We re Looking For1 2+ years of professional kitchen experience preferredStrong fundamentals, organization, cleanliness, and sense of urgencyAbility to execute consistently during busy serviceComfortable working grill, saut , pantry, or other stations depending on experienceStrong communication and team mentalityInterest in learning and growing within a disciplined kitchenEvening, weekend, and holiday availabilityCompensationStarting compensation is dependent on experienceParticipation in Brass s structured kitchen tip-sharing programExtensive paid opening training beginning October 12We want cooks who care about food, take pride in a clean and well-run station, and want to be part of building a strong kitchen culture from the ground up.
