Leads daily production, quality, food safety, inventory and staff coordination.

Essential Job Functions Lead breakfast and lunch production using USDA standards. Coordinate staff, production records, inventory and ordering recommendations. Train staff and ensure HACCP, sanitation and temperature documentation. Maintain kitchen organization and perform other duties as assigned. Schedule Tue-Fri 9:45 AM-2:30
