Assisted Living Cook Location:

Bell Tower Residence - Merrill, WI (On-site)

Casual Schedule:

PMs ( 10:00am-6:30pm) Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays | at least one day during the week ____________________

Job Summary:

A Cook at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide good nutritious meals to our residents. The cook will also clean and sanitize equipment and work spaces in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. ____________________

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Operates, cleans and sanitizes food service equipment and work area. Demonstrates knowledge of and follows the sanitation standards. Ability to interact appropriately with residents, public and co-workers. Prepares and serves food according to portion control guides and diet restrictions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions. Plans and schedules work day to meet meal deadlines. Has basic knowledge of special diets and that they are served correctly.

Qualifications:

Required:

Must have good communication skills Must be able to read, write and communicate in

English Preferred:

Prior experience as a Cook in a long-term care setting
