Job Description
Bucks Ridge Saloon is seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our team! This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. If you enjoy working in fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing quality food, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations. Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures followed. Assist with prep work and stocking as needed. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service hours. Experience Must be 16 years of age or older. Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable and willing to work a rotating schedule (days, nights, weekends)
