Do you love food, community, and creating memorable experiences? The Gnoshery, a unique board game café with a full-service kitchen, is looking for enthusiastic team members to join our kitchen staff! We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Cook positions . Whether you're looking for a long-term career opportunity or a summer position, we'd love to hear from you. Position Details Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal positions available Café hours vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling based on position and availability What You'll Do As a member of The Gnoshery kitchen team, you'll play an important role in creating great food and memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards Assisting with daily kitchen operations, including prep work and opening duties Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation across all menu items Following food safety and sanitation procedures Keeping workstations clean, organized, and stocked Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Delivering a welcoming and positive guest experience Assisting with special menu items and daily features as needed Who We're Looking For We're seeking team members who: Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are reliable, punctual, and dependable Thrive in a fast-paced environment Are detail-oriented and take pride in their work Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team Enjoy interacting with guests and creating great experiences Experience Prior kitchen experience is preferred (not required for part-time or seasonal) Kitchen experience may be required for some full-time positions Training is available for the right candidate with a willingness to learn
