Position Summary The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and maritime industry standards. This role leads initiatives that promote a safe and healthy work environment, manages regulatory compliance and environmental programs, and drives continuous improvement through training, incident prevention, and risk mitigation. This role partners with leadership to foster a culture of safety while supporting business objectives. This is a leadership position with direct management of employees. Domestic travel may be required. Essential Functions Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs to ensure OSHA, EPA, and maritime compliance Lead safety audits, assessments, investigations, and root cause analyses to reduce workplace hazards Oversee EHS training, reporting, programs, emergency response planning, and recordkeeping requirements Partner with leadership to promote safety, monitor performance indicators, and drive improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned
