Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our breakfast team at Bubba's. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your culinary expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence in fine dining and catering services. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow during service. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including proper storage of ingredients. Participate in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces. Adapt to changing menus and special dietary requests from guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with dietary department practices and catering services is a plus. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
