We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and can operate in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Wash and detail new, used, and customer vehicles Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, windows, surfaces, and upholstery Perform exterior washes, tire and wheel cleaning, and final vehicle preparation Complete deeper reconditioning of used vehicles when necessary Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery Ensure vehicles are clean and lot-ready Inspect completed vehicles for quality before marking the job complete Identify and communicate vehicle damage or other concerns to management Keep the detail department clean and organized Properly maintain detailing equipment and supplies Assist with moving and organizing vehicles as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Attention to detail Takes ownership of assigned work Able to work independently and with a team Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and work inside and around vehicles.
