•. Typically we don't work weekends unless we are rained out during the week or rare special circumstances where a client absolutely cannot do it during the week. I'm looking for someone with good DA paint correction experience. If you have solid experience and you are already skilled, I'll start you higher in the pay range. If you're new but take direction well, I'll train you and give you a chance to work your way up. I'm looking for a very reliable responsible worker. If you are a daily toker or into partying a lot, please do not apply. We need to be totally present, punctual, professional and well kept looking. Nobody's perfect but... This work is about consistency, perfectionism, efficiency, and caring about the results everyday all day. It is literally the nature of this business and a necessity. Sometimes my clients tip us and some are very generous with us.

Job description:

You may be doing any of the following with myself and others: vehicle washing, drying, blowing out crevices etc, cleaning door jams n rims, inner rim detailing, dressing tires, vacuuming interiors, engine details, clay bar, machine waxing, polishing, buffing(paint correction), shampooing/detailing interiors, assisting me with ceramic coating removal, moving my van or a customer car short distances, washing my van occasionally, greeting clients as they come n go from our work space, unloading/set up and loading the van back up after the job is done. This work is very satisfying(especially if you are a car and/or motorcycle person/lover) and even fun to some of us, but it is not for injured, lazy, weak or distracted people. It is very physically demanding and focus oriented . We are usually working with a deadline too. So, showing up consistently and being on time is very important. We are a small business so we cannot complete our planned/scheduled work if any worker scheduled does not show up or is seriously and consistently late. My very solid reputation and livelihood is on the line everyday. And I've worked very hard to build that reputation for three decades. I have been mobile detailing my entire career so far but I have access to 3 parking structure work areas for certain jobs(like major paint corrections/ coatings) as needed. You can meet me in the morning and drive with me or meet me at the client's locations each day. Most of these locations are within 10-25 minutes of my current home in Huntington Beach. Things you must have for this job: No serious injuries. A strong healthy back. Reliable transportation to and from work. A smartphone for communication and navigation. A good attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to do things right and well.

•Some days go longer than 8 hours. I pay overtime. Also, sometimes I give bonuses on big days.
