We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer & PPF Applicator who takes immense pride in their craft. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and use of cleaning equipment to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle paint correction processes to remove scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections, restoring the vehicle's paintwork to a flawless condition. Apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) with precision, ensuring seamless coverage that guards against chips, scratches, and environmental damage. Execute automotive buffing using specialized buffers to enhance paint gloss and smoothness while maintaining safe work practices. Detail vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and conditioning upholstery to deliver a fresh, inviting cabin. Operate manual transmissions and driving skills confidently when moving vehicles within the facility or test-driving after detailing. Maintain cleanliness of all tools, equipment, and work areas regularly to uphold safety standards and ensure an efficient workflow. Experience Prior experience in auto detailing or auto body shops is highly preferred; familiarity with auto detailing facilities is a plus. Knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing tools is essential for delivering high-quality results. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling equipment or vehicle parts. Customer service experience that includes communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs and care. Hands-on experience with car washes, custodial tasks, or similar environments that require attention to detail and cleanliness. Comfort operating cleaning equipment such as buffers, polishers, and other detailing tools while following safety protocols. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
