We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn to join our team. You do not need previous auto detailing experience. We're happy to train someone who has the right attitude, works hard, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn professional vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques while working alongside an experienced team. What You'll Need A valid driver's license is required. Reliable transportation. Currently living in Riverside Clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions. Able to stand, bend, kneel, and remain physically active for extended periods. Reliable and punctual. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working around different types and sizes of vehicles. Previous detailing experience is NOT required. What You'll Learn & Do As part of our team, you'll assist with: Washing and drying vehicles. Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors. Cleaning windows, tires, and wheels. Applying interior and exterior protectants. Performing basic vehicle preparation and maintenance services. Assisting with paint decontamination and paint correction. Proper use and care of detailing tools and equipment. Keeping equipment, supplies, and work areas organized. Communicating professionally with customers. Flexible Hours & Work Availability Our workload changes throughout the year depending on customer demand and seasonal volume. Hours may vary from approximately 20 hours during slower periods to as many as 70 hours during busy periods. Because this is a mobile detailing business, schedules can change and some jobs may be scheduled on short notice. Living in Riverside is important so that commuting is practical and reliable. Applicants should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and fluctuating weekly hours. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour , depending on experience, reliability, work quality, and overall performance. Since no detailing experience is required , we provide training for the right person. As you become more skilled and demonstrate consistency, reliability, and strong performance, there may be opportunities for increased responsibilities, higher pay, and advancement within the company.
