Are you looking to work somewhere that actually cares about you (like a small business)? Are you ready to take on a little more responsibility while continuing to do the cleaning work you enjoy? If so, we'd love to meet you! This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who is ready to lead by example, help maintain quality standards, and support newer team members—all while spending the majority of the day actively cleaning alongside the team.
Pay:
$22.00-$23.00 per hour , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities1. Cleaning Duties Perform daily residential, commercial, and move-out cleaning assignments. Spend the majority of your workday actively cleaning alongside your team. Ensure every home or business is cleaned to the highest company standards. 2. Quality Control & Inspections Conduct final quality control inspections before jobs are completed. Re-clean areas that do not meet company quality standards. Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to employees and contractors. 3. Contractor & Employee Support Help uphold company values and standards by coaching team members with empathy and professionalism. Foster a culture of kindness, accountability, and quality-first service. Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive attitude. 4. Training & Onboarding Train new employees on cleaning procedures and company standards. Provide ongoing guidance and support to reinforce quality expectations. Qualifications Professional residential cleaning experience required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy and positivity. Comfortable driving between multiple job sites throughout the day. Management experience is not required—we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in a leadership role. Additional Requirements Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (required for travel between assignments).
