Full-Time Join Our Team Victory House Detailing, located at Crowley Kia in Bristol, Connecticut, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing exceptional results and enjoy working around vehicles, we want to hear from you. Our detailers play a key role in delivering a clean, polished, and professional presentation for every vehicle, helping create an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Wash, wax, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and trim Polish paint surfaces and remove light imperfections Apply protective coatings and finishing products as required Clean windows, wheels, tires, and engine compartments Inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met before delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with lot appearance and vehicle movement as needed Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work with one of the area's respected automotive dealerships Schedule Monday through Saturday as needed Apply Today If you take pride in your work and enjoy making vehicles look their absolute best, we encourage you to apply for the Automotive Detailer position with Victory House Detailing at Crowley Kia in Bristol, CT.
