• Images Auto Spa | 510 N State Road 434, Altamonte Springs, FL Family owned. We are hiring one experienced lead to run the floor at our Altamonte Springs location. This is a hands on role. You will be on the lot, on the vehicles, and in front of customers every day. Schedule and hours
• Monday through Saturday 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required to work. No exceptions. Six days per week depending on volume and weather. Pay
• $18 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours. A full 48 hour week comes to about $48,600 per year. We pay commission on memberships and detail sales and strong performers reach $55,000 $60,000.00
• Consistent year round work.

Vehicles Full service washes, interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, wheel cleaning, headlight restoration, engine cleaning, and ceramic coating work Inspect every finished vehicle before delivery Keep cars moving so customers are not waiting Crew lead Direct the crew on the floor and keep the bays covered Stagger breaks and call team members in early or release them early based on the posted schedule and the day volume Hold the crew to quality standards and correct work that does not pass inspection Sales Greet every customer and recommend the right wash or detail package Sell memberships and wash passes and hit monthly targets Move retail product at the counter Equipment Daily and weekly preventive maintenance on wash equipment, vacuums, pressure washers, extractors, and polishers Monitor chemical levels and flag reorders Handle repairs on the spot and flag anything major immediately. The site does not go down. Property Open and close the site Keep the lot, bays, restrooms, and customer areas clean and presentable Handle trash, minor repairs, and vendor access Requirements 3 or more years in auto detailing or car wash operations Comfortable selling and asking for the sale Mechanically capable with hand and power tools Valid Florida driver license and clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather Reliable and self directed How to apply
