About the Role We're looking for a detail-obsessed, self-motivated Boat Detailer/Washer to join our team. This is a hands-on, active position where you'll spend your days working outside — rain or shine — keeping our boats looking their absolute best for customers who can't wait to hit the water. This isn't a role for someone who needs constant hand-holding. You'll take ownership of your work, manage your time independently, and hold yourself to a high standard — because our customers deserve nothing less. What You'll Be Doing Thoroughly detailing boats inside and out — and we mean thoroughly . Boats have countless nooks, crannies, and hidden surfaces that the untrained eye misses. You won't.
