Native Marine Detailing & Yacht Services is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in professional yacht and boat detailing, gelcoat correction, ceramic coatings, wash maintenance, and vessel restoration throughout South Florida. Position Marine Detail Technician Employment Type Full-Time Part-Time Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and performance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working in the marine industry is required. Marine detailing experience is a strong plus but is not required . Willingness to learn professional detailing and restoration techniques. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Must be able to provide proof of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Must be at least 18 years of age. Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Routine vessel washdowns. Interior yacht cleaning. Vinyl cleaning and conditioning. Gelcoat compounding and polishing. Machine polishing and paint correction. Ceramic coating application. Stainless steel and metal polishing. Cleaning bilges, engine compartments, and storage areas. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Safely operating detailing equipment and maintaining company quality standards.
