Job Description
We are seeking a Detailer to join our team! The Detailer's position is responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles, for lot display, delivery to customers, or in order to maintain a high quality of appearance on all company owned vehicles. Responsibilities Wash, wax, and buff vehicles Clean interior and exterior windows Vacuum and extract inside materials of vehicles Clean engine compartments Utilize special purpose cleaners to insure lasting cleanliness of vehicle Assist in overall cleanliness and organization of interior and exterior of building Assist in overall cleanliness and organization of car lot Assist Service, Parts, and Sales departments in a manner that contributes to customer satisfaction Requirements Proven record of excellent work attendance Valid Driver's License Good work ethic with willingness to be flexible on work hours, must be available for evening and Saturday shifts Ability to pay attention to small details Ability to follow instruction Positive attitude Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to show initiative in identifying tasks and completing them without constant supervision Benefits Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Paid Vacation Time 401K plan with company participation Training and advancement opportunities
