Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of vehicle appearance and cleanliness. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle leaves our facility looking pristine, polished, and ready for customer delivery or display. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help uphold our reputation for quality service and vehicle care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in auto detailing, vehicle maintenance, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform exterior washing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore shine and remove minor imperfections. Detail vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing seats and carpets. Operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions safely and efficiently during cleaning processes. Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process by applying safe work practices and adhering to auto detailing facility standards. Use heavy lifting techniques to handle equipment or vehicles as needed, ensuring safety at all times. Utilize various cleaning tools and equipment effectively, including automotive buffers, pressure washers, and janitorial supplies, to deliver top-quality results. Skills Proven experience with vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, and auto buffing techniques. Knowledge of vehicle paint correction methods and safe work practices in an auto detailing environment. Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, automotive buffers, and detailing products used in professional auto detailing facilities. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients or team members. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks safely.
