Job Summary Autospice Mobile Detailing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Automotive Detailing Technician to join our team. Previous professional car detailing experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of automotive detailing and can maintain a high standard of quality without needing to be taught the basics from scratch. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle details Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deep clean vehicle interiors Perform paint corrections with quality Perform ceramic coatings effectively with quality Properly wash and decontaminate vehicle exteriors safely Clean wheels, tires, glass, trim, and other exterior surfaces Use professional detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment safely Inspect vehicles before and after each service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers when needed Follow company procedures and quality control standards Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Requirements Previous experience working in the automotive detailing industry (preferred) Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Professional attitude and good communication skills Able to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting equipment, and working on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow our systems and standards What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply likes cars.
