River Valley Marine is hiring a Marine Detailer / Boat Handler to join our team in Long Lake. This is a hands-on, year-round position where you'll work around premium pontoons, fishing boats, surf boats, wake boats, and luxury marine equipment every day. Whether you've worked in boat detailing, marina operations, automotive detailing, powersports, landscaping, trailer handling, towing, or outdoor labor , we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry. Join one of North America's Top 10 Marine Dealers Work around premium boats and marine equipment every day Hands-on work that keeps you active—not behind a desk Family-owned company serving Minnesota boaters since 1996 Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow Employee discounts on boats, parts, accessories, apparel, and service What You'll Do Detail new and pre-owned boats, including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning Prepare boats for customer delivery, launch, storage, and showroom display Move, stage, and transport boats throughout the dealership and marina Assist with trailer handling, loading, unloading, and boat deliveries Operate detailing equipment, forklifts, and shop equipment safely (training provided if needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Support the Sales, Service, Parts, and Marina teams throughout the year What We're Looking For Passion for boating, fishing, watersports, or the lake lifestyle Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota seasons Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stay active throughout the day Experience in boat detailing, marina operations, automotive detailing, powersports, landscaping, towing, trailer handling, warehouse, or outdoor equipment is a plus Valid driver's license required If you have a great work ethic and enjoy working around boats, we'll teach you the rest.
