This is a hands-on, year-round position where you'll work around premium pontoons, fishing boats, surf boats, wake boats, and luxury marine equipment every day. Whether you've worked in boat detailing, marina operations, automotive detailing, powersports, landscaping, trailer handling, towing, or outdoor labor , we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry.
