• Lee's Summit Subaru Lee's Summit Subaru is looking for a motivated, competitive, and quality-driven Auto Detailer to join our team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to get better every day, and can produce high-quality work while staying efficient in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Complete full interior and exterior vehicle details Detail new and used dealership vehicles Perform customer-pay detailing services with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Perform paint enhancement, polishing, and other detailing services as trained Work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards Inspect your own work before vehicles are completed Keep your work area clean and organized Follow established detailing processes and procedures
