ISIdU Your Role:

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll have the unique opportunity to work independently and make critical decisions on the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

Detailing:

Performing interior and exterior detailing with precision, including cleaning, washing, vacuuming, and trash removal. Training will be provided, but attention to detail and quality are a must.

Window Cleaning:

Completing residential and commercial window cleaning services. Training will be provided, but attention to detail and quality are a must. Driving between job sites using your personal vehicle. Equipment will be provided Professionally interacting with customers, representing our brand with pride and professionalism. Acting autonomously in various scenarios, like deciding on the best detailing or cleaning techniques for each job. This role offers a great deal of independence and requires flexibility, confidence, and excellent judgment.

What We Need from

You:

A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Your own reliable vehicle (preferably a larger model) for moving between job sites and carrying equipment. Availability to work various shifts (mostly days), potential evenings/weekends/holidays. Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions. At least 1 year of experience in detailing. This is not a deal breaker, but certainly helpful! Do not be shy about applying if you don't have experience. We will train you! (Window cleaning experience is a plus but not required — training provided!)

Job Type:

Full-time (contractor), usually 2 jobs/day (30-40+ hours/week) OR Part-time (contractor), 3-5 jobs/week (10-20 hours/week)

$20-$40/hour
