• Working in the Apartment industry since 1990.

Duties include:

Painting for resurfacing. Cleaning, preparing, striping, sanding for resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurface painting tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires a wearing respirator (no beard) and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete. No Felonies or DUI Job requirements:

• Over 21
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• -No more than 3 pts on Driving Record
• Can lift 50 pounds
• Dependable, detail oriented, hands-on service, hard worker
• Personal vehicle for work Required (local travel, truck preferred )
• Drug free environment
• Drug testing required
• Must pass drug and background check.
