This is not a traditional desk position. We are looking for someone who can assist with vehicle preparation, apartment turnovers, guest/customer support, inspections, errands, and general day to day operations.
CAR RENTAL DUTIES
Prepare vehicles before scheduled rentals Inspect vehicles before and after each rental Take detailed condition photos/videos Check mileage, fuel/charge, tires, warning lights and cleanliness Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors Take vehicles through the car wash or coordinate detailing Refuel or recharge vehicles as needed Assist with vehicle pickups, returns and deliveries Reposition vehicles when necessary Report damage, accidents, tickets or maintenance concerns immediately Check for belongings left behind by customers Keep vehicle supplies stocked
APARTMENT RENTAL DUTIES
Inspect apartments before guest check-in and after checkout Complete quality control checks after cleaning Assist with light cleaning/touch-ups when necessary Check linens, towels, toiletries and household supplies Restock guest essentials Confirm Wi-Fi, TVs, appliances, lights, AC and other amenities are functioning Assist with guest check-ins when required Deliver keys, supplies or replacement items when needed Report maintenance or property damage immediately Take photos/videos documenting apartment condition Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel and management Assist with laundry or linen organization when necessary Help prepare the property for same-day turnovers Assist with occasional property-related errands
