Starting Pay:

$19/hour This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend the vast majority of your time actively cleaning alongside your team. You'll also help maintain quality standards, support your teammates, and help train new employees. Key Responsibilities 1. Cleaning Duties Perform residential cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role. Spend approximately 99% of your time actively cleaning. Work side-by-side with your team to complete high-quality cleans. Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards. 2. Quality Control & Inspections Conduct final quality checks to ensure each cleaning meets company standards. Re-clean areas when necessary to meet quality expectations. Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to team members. 3. Team Support & Leadership Help uphold company values, cleaning standards, and expectations. Address performance issues with empathy, professionalism, and respect. Help foster a team culture built around kindness, accountability, professionalism, and Quality First . 4. Training & Onboarding Train new employees on cleaning procedures and quality standards. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help team members succeed. Lead by example through your own work ethic and attention to detail. Qualifications Professional cleaning experience, particularly residential cleaning. Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach to working with others. Comfortable driving between multiple cleaning locations throughout the Columbia, SC area. Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented. Management experience is NOT required. We'll provide the support and tools you need to succeed in this role. Additional Requirements Reliable vehicle for traveling between cleaning assignments. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional cleaning experience is required.
